Fuel Kitchens is Pueblo’s first full scale commissary kitchen, containing a range of commercial kitchen equipment perfect for packaged food manufacturers, mobile food businesses, caterers and more. In addition to the kitchen itself, Fuel Kitchens contains ample walk-in freezer, cooler and dry storage space, a fenced yard, a loading dock, electrified parking, propane, fresh and grey water. Fuel Kitchens Grant
Thank you for your interest in the Minnequa Works Credit Union Entrepreneurship Grant. This grant is designed to support individuals looking to offset the costs of entrepreneurship with Fuel Kitchens in Pueblo, Colorado. Up to 10 entrepreneurs will receive $3,000 to offset membership costs at Fuel Kitchens over a period of 6 months. Award winners must open a checking account at Minnequa Works Credit Union for their business, where the funds will be deposited.
