Mortgage Production Lead – Compensation includes Base Pay + Commission (Unlimited Earning Potential)
Minnequa Works is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Mortgage Production Lead to help grow and strengthen our mortgage lending program. Reporting to the Vice President of Lending, this position plays a key role in driving mortgage origination growth across first mortgages, refinances, home equity loans, and lines of credit while delivering an exceptional member experience from application through funding. The Mortgage Production Lead will work directly with members to understand their financial goals, provide guidance on financing and credit options, manage an active mortgage pipeline, and build strong referral relationships with Realtors, builders, and community partners. This role will also support the development of our lending team through mortgage sales training, referral generation, market awareness, and delegated lending authority. The ideal candidate is a motivated mortgage professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, educating borrowers, and contributing to the continued growth of a locally focused credit union committed to making a difference in the communities we serve.
