Minnequa Works is seeking to hire a Full-time Member Service Representative as part of the Operations & Growth team. The position reports to the Lead Member Service Representative and is responsible for providing positive and professional service to our membership. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in a full variety of tasks that relate to account opening, service delivery, and adherence to policy, procedure, and regulations.
