New Online Banking
It’s almost here!
Your new online banking experience with Minnequa Works goes live Tuesday morning!
Existing online banking services will be going offline for upgrade Monday night at 9:00pm.
Online banking service will be restored Tuesday morning 1/7/25. You will need to sign up for the new online banking when this occurs, establishing a username and password.
Tuesday morning, you will be able to refresh your Mobile App in the App Store (Google Play/Apple). Note that some devices will do this automatically based on personal settings. See below for the New Icon:
Online & Mobile Banking service will be available beginning at approximately 7:00am Tuesday morning. Support staff will be in place to assist you with any issues you may encounter.
Some common questions:
- Billpay will be unaffected, but please check your payees, pay dates and payment amounts after signing in
to the new online banking to verify they are as you want them to be moving forward.
- External account transfers will not be processed on the old online banking after 9pm Monday January 6th.
- Scheduled auto transfers will need to be reentered.
