Overtime Checking Interest Form
*A minimum deposit of $25 in a Share Savings Account is required for Membership with Minnequa Works Credit Union. Limit of 1 Overtime Checking per Member.

***Transactions at ATMs not owned by Minnequa Works Credit Union, or not in the Shared Branching Co-Op Network may incur fees by the machine’s owner.
****Dividend earnings on Overtime Checking are available on current Minnequa Works Credit Union rate schedule and are variable and subject to change.
Upon review of accounts, if the Overtime Checking is not maintained with an active Debit Card and eStatements, upon the discretion of Minnequa Works Credit Union, the Checking account will be converted to a Standard Checking Account.
