We are excited to announce that we have upgraded our online and mobile banking experience to a modern platform, designed to be constantly evolving based on your feedback, while adding new features and services.
Questions and Answers
How do I sign up for Online Banking?
Beginning at 7 AM on Tuesday, January 7th, Click the “Online Banking” button at the top of this page. You will create a Username and Password and will be able to access your Online Banking
I got a message that said my @you was taken (Username)
The enhanced online banking platform uses the @You as your login name. This must be a unique username for all users. You can try a different name or modify the @You to be unique to you.
Received a Message indicating "Account Number Already Associated"
Only one Member can be the primary on one account. If you are a joint owner and would like your own login, please contact us at 719.544.6928
My Mobile App isn't Working
Be sure to update your App within the App Store for your Mobile Device (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
Will my Bill Payments Still Work?
Yes, your scheduled payments will still process. We encourage that you log in and verify that all payments continue to process as you would like, including payment dates and amounts that have been established previously.
Will my External Accounts Still be There?
No. You will have the ability to re-link your external accounts outside of Minnequa Works Credit Union that you are an owner on. This process has been enhanced and made easier for additional convenience to you moving forward.
What Happens to my Auto Transfers?
If you had previously established automatic transfers between your Minnequa Works accounts within online banking, you will need to re-enter in the new online banking system.
Is There a way to setup Account Alerts?
Yes, log in to your online banking and select the account you would like to have an alert for. Click “Account Options” from the navigation drop-down and select “Account Alerts.” From here, you can create, modify, or cancel various Account Alert options
How do I Transfer Funds to Another Member at Minnequa Works?
From the main page after you log in, select “Move Money” then select “Send Money” and follow the prompts to Add Recipient
What if I don't want to see an account online, or I want them to be in a different order?
From the main page after you log in, select “Organize Accounts”. You can use the slider to turn viewing on or off for selected accounts and you can also drag and drop accounts in the specific order that you would like to see.
