Minnequa Works Credit Union is proud to announce that David Purfield, Chief Financial Officer, and Nathan Cape, Chief Executive Officer, have been selected as recipients of the 2026 “40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards” by the Pueblo Latino Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Adrian Gomez, Associate Director and valued community partner of Minnequa Works, was also recognized among this year’s honorees.
The 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards recognize outstanding young professionals across Southern Colorado who are making a meaningful impact in their careers, their communities, and beyond. Over the past several years, the Latino Chamber has honored more than 200 individuals through this prestigious program, celebrating the next generation of leaders and changemakers shaping the future of the region.
